Choose from premium fabrics and luxurious linings, including Bemberg (Cupro), with buttons, lapels, pockets, and other detail tailored like Initials and monograms can be added.
2. Precision Measurement Session
Detailed measurements ensure a balanced, comfortable, and flattering fit.
3. Garment Construction
Crafted using expert tailoring techniques. Options include half-canvas or full-canvas construction.
4. Fitting & Refinement
A fitting ensures the suit sits impeccably. Minor adjustments are made to perfect drape and balance.
5. Final Completion
Your Made-to-Measure suit is ready to wear tailored, refined, and unmistakably Regal Milano.
The process typically takes 5–6 weeks, subject to fabric availability.
True Bespoke
True Bespoke Tailoring
A suit conceived, patterned and handcrafted exclusively for you.
1. Private Consultation
An intimate session to explore your lifestyle, style aspirations, and garment purpose. Together, we select fabrics, structure, silhouette, and details lapels, pockets, linings, buttons, Initials and monograms crafting a suit uniquely yours.
2. Individual Pattern Creation
Dozens of measurements are taken and translated into a one-of-a-kind pattern, forming the foundation of a suit that exists for no one else.
3. Hand Cutting & Baste Construction
Approximately 4 weeks after consultation, your basted fitting begins. The fabric is hand-cut and loosely assembled to evaluate posture, balance, and movement. Adjustments ensure a flawless silhouette before final construction.
4. Baste Fitting
After another 3 weeks, your suit is reconstructed with all adjustments. Shoulders, lapels, sleeves, and pockets are refined for precision. Up to three fittings may be required to achieve the perfect line and comfort.
5. Fittings & Refinement
Through successive fittings, the garment is refined with millimetre precision until it achieves perfect harmony with your frame.
6. Final Hand Finishing
The garment is meticulously finished by hand, including canvassing, padded lapels, and sewn buttonholes. This stage typically takes 4 additional weeks, ensuring every detail embodies elegance and confidence.
7. Your Finished Garment
Within 10–11 weeks from consultation, you receive your fully completed suit. The exclusive paper pattern is archived for future commissions.
8. Lifetime Adjustment Commitment
Once your True Bespoke garment is completed and delivered, minor future adjustments may be accommodated, subject to feasibility to preserve an impeccable fit over time.
